Terms and Conditions: © Ron Benvenisti Photography, registered business in New York and New Jersey. IRS W-9 forms are provided upon request. I provide a service which is not subject to tax. Payment is due upon completion of services. Deposits may be required. Use of deliverables are prohibited and copyright protection is not in effect until services are paid in full. Photoshop retouching are at additional cost depending upon complexity. Lifestyle and or location photography are priced accordingly. Most lifestyle and location images can be accomplished in Photoshop. For your protection all Post-Production services are done in house and not out-sourced nor off-shored to racist and anti-Semitic countries (India, West Pakistan, Bangladesh, Etc.) A majority of the lifestyle/location shots of products on this site were accomplished in Photoshop without the need to hire models or visit remote locations. Cancellation of started projects for which products have already been delivered will be charged a 25% cancellation fee based on the number of outstanding products as well as return shipping.
