Photography has evolved over the years and I have always kept up with the latest in technology. Today's photographer must know the ins and outs of e-commerce as well as the exacting requirements of all the online sites including the stringent legal requirements.
Many photographers hire others to perform their work. You may never know who is responsible for your final images. Work could be outsourced for cheaper pricing and off-shored to India or China. Your products may appear with different logos, combinations and even backgrounds that you did not authorize. I protect you against all of those possibilities. I protect you from the risk of unauthorized use and Amazon legal problems.
Number one is that I do all the work myself, from shoot to final compositions. You are serviced by me and me alone. There are no third parties, ever.
As my client you have the exclusive rights to your pictures. You are the copyright owner. Every picture is embedded with hidden data that shows your ownership as well as numerous other pieces of information that protect your intellectual property rights.
In addition to this information, your pictures are exclusively coded to be read by all the major search engines with all the information about your product, company and website. This information is indexed by the search engines and adds to your rankings on the internet to drive traffic to your site and backlinks from wherever they appear. Backlinks are highly regarded by Google as a major factor in your rankings. You do not have to pay anything for this exposure. The search engines do it all.

The notice is actually encrypted in the image itself so any copies made will retain the encryption. A sample encryption reads as follows:
